PH Profit Scout was built to solve a specific problem for Philippine buyers and arbitrage sellers: navigating the opaque, constantly fluctuating prices across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Amazon PH, and Facebook Marketplace. We believe in data transparency, enabling you to find the absolute lowest delivered price before you buy or source.

Our Methodology: How We Calculate Prices

Unlike generic price aggregators that scrape outdated MSRPs (Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price), our methodology relies on real-time screenshot extraction and manual verification.

• Screenshot Parsing: We use advanced vision models to parse actual checkout screens—meaning we capture the true final price including shipping fees, platform vouchers, and store discounts.
• Data Recency: E-commerce prices in the Philippines can change hourly during mega-sales (e.g., 11.11, Payday Sales). Our database reflects the most recent user-submitted and system-verified screenshots.
• Total Delivered Cost: For large appliances (like condo refrigerators or split-type aircons), we factor in hidden costs such as extra copper tubing, installation fees, and specialized delivery handling based on developer constraints (like DMCI).

Editorial Independence

We are not owned by any major retailer or developer. Our appliance guidelines (such as the 60cm width rule and 3kW heater limits) are based on direct, verified experience with Philippine condo turnovers and admin manuals. Any specific brand or model we recommend (e.g., Panasonic, Stiebel Eltron) is selected purely on technical merit, Energy Efficiency Factor (EEF) ratings, and spatial fitment.
